Important Notes:
Stress Ball Creation: You’ll need an empty small drink bottle to create the stress balls. We’ll provide an easy-to-follow video tutorial.
Packaging: Your kit will be securely shipped in a sturdy box with protective packing to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery: Orders are shipped the week of your party via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (signature required). We’ll provide a tracking number for peace of mind.
Freshness Guarantee: To ensure the fake snow and Orbeez remain in top condition, we post your kit close to your event date.
Safety: Adult supervision is required. This kit is unsuitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.
Decorations: Some decorations may vary based on stock availability.
SLIME PARTY KIT
At DIY Slime Party, we want you to love your slime-making experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Perishable or customized items (e.g., made-to-order kits or party packs) are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty. To start a return, please contact us at diyslimeparty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
